Most recently AQA announced rebranding plans for UK & International Phone Card, but we want to assure our customers that we have taken steps to ensure the availability of our phone cards will continue as always and available at your preferred outlets. Whilst the cards themselves will work absolutely the same way, the brand logo on them will be different.

The calling cards will be available for purchase in selected post office branches after the 4th of September, 2023. Only now AQA, a longtime partner of the Post Office, who has been providing the Post Office with phonecards as a white label product for over a decade, will be selling identical cards with its own brand.
Now branded as AQA UK & International Calling Card, those cards can be found at selected post office branches from September 4, 2023. This decision is part of the Post Office ongoing effort to empower local businesses within their product offerings.
Yes, any Post Office™ UK & International Phone Card purchased from the Post Office before the change of brand date will remain valid and usable. You can continue to use the remaining balance on those cards until they expire or are fully utilized. Both "020" and "0800" access numbers remain active.
After the Post Office stops selling Post Office™ branded phone cards AQA will continue offering phone cards under the new brand AQA UK & International Calling Card via appropriate retail outlets and selected post office branches. AQA will also provide support and guidance on using both existing and new cards via support line number 0330 001 0111 which remains unchanged.
The transition to new brand should not affect the rates or features of the International phone cards. AQA is committed to offering competitive rates and maintaining the same level of service quality or even improving it for customers. Both "020" and "0800" access numbers remain active for existing and new cards.
